The Judge Group's SIA Ranking Undeterred by Industry Decline

July 28, 2010 (Philadelphia, PA) – The Judge Group, a professional services firm providing Technology Consulting, Enterprise-Wide Staffing and Corporate Training shows an increase in ranking on reports released this month by Staffing Industry Analysts, the premier advisor service in the contingent workforce.

Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) released its 2010 list of Largest U.S. Staffing Firms based upon 2009 U.S. staffing revenue. The Judge Group moved up 15 positions from the previous year to No. 56, with $184 million in revenue for 2009. Despite the reported 27% industry decline in U.S. staffing revenue and a tough economic year with only 92 companies breaking the $100 million barrier compared to the 111 in 2008, The Judge Group experienced only a 2% decline in staffing revenue.

In addition, The Judge Group was also ranked the 19th largest provider of IT Staffing Services in the U.S. based upon SIA’s 2010 list of Largest U.S. IT Staffing Firms. The 27 companies who made the list were ranked by 2009 U.S. temporary staffing revenue generated in the IT segment. The Judge Group moved up 7 positions from last year’s ranking.

The Lion’s Den is an interactive computer and video game room where children can go to play and socialize during their stay in the hospital. National Hockey League player Pat LaFontaine, through his charitable foundation Companions in Courage, helped create the room. The Companions in Courage Foundation (www.cic16.org) was originally founded by LaFontaine in 1997 and its efforts go to raising funds to build interactive playrooms in hospitals throughout North America.

Mr. Simmons brings over 18 years of technology industry and management experience to Judge and most recently served as the CEO of Netpixel, a leading IT Staffing and Services company headquartered in New York. Mr. Ferreri will devote his efforts to the strategic management and expansion of the consulting business both in North America and Internationally. Judge Consulting Group has numerous professional practice areas and experience built around partnerships with companies including SAP and Microsoft and involves nearly 1,800 Information Technology professionals.

From 2000 to 2007 he served as the General Manager for Microsoft's business operations in the Mid Atlantic Region overseeing all business operations and accountable for nearly $500M in annual software, consulting and services revenue. At Microsoft, he was widely recognized for building and leading high performance sales and marketing teams, building creative partnerships with customers and vendors, and driving significant revenue growth across various market segments.
