Ms. Harbour is Director of Strategic Account Management for The Judge Group. She has over 20 years of experience in business development, client and account services, recruiting and management. Prior to joining The Judge Group, Ms. Harbour's experience included 11 years with Strategic Staffing Solutions ("S3") as Senior Business Development Executive/Relationship Manager and 10 years with CGI Systems, an IBM Company, as Mid-Atlantic Talent Acquisition Manager and Director of Client and Account Services.  She began her career in the technology sector as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Installation Director for Shared Medical Systems, now known as Siemens Medical Solutions. Additionally, Ms. Harbour brings an international dimension to The Judge Group, having spent 10 years in Tokyo, Japan and Taipei, Taiwan. Ms. Harbour received her Bachelors of Science degree in Economics from the University of Delaware.
