Mr. Martin E. Judge, Jr. is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of The Judge Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries. He founded the company in 1970 and is regarded as a pioneer in the Human Capital Management and Staffing Industry. In 2003, Mr. Judge successfully took The Judge Group private in an effort to reinvest capital into the growth of the company. He serves on the board of governors for The Maxwell Football Club of Pennsylvania. Mr. Judge received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Villanova University.
