Mr. Robert G. Alessandrini has been the Chief Financial Officer of The Judge Group, Inc and subsidiaries since 1999. Prior to joining The Judge Group, he was an international equity analyst at DuPont Capital Management, a $30 billion global investment firm. From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Alessandrini served as a financial analyst at the Vanguard Group of Investment Companies where he was responsible for financial modeling, investment accounting, budgeting, cash management, project management and banking relations. In 1999, he was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute, the global organization for the investment industry. Mr. Alessandrini is also a member of Financial Executives International and the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an MBA in International Finance, both from Villanova University
