Instructional Methodologies Instructional Design is the systematic development of instructional specifications using learning and instructional theory to ensure the high-quality instructional experiences. It is the entire process of the analysis of learning needs and the development of a delivery system to meet those needs. It includes the design of instructional goals, materials and activities and continuous tryout and evaluation of all instruction and learner activities. Berkeley Training typically employs standard instructional design methodologies for all of our projects. The graphics below show two of the more common approaches.
