StaffingLogic Announces Karen Russo as Vice President, Business Development

March 6, 2012 (PHILADELPHIA) – Sanjay Shah, president of StaffingLogic and the Human Capital Solutions division of The Judge Group, is excited to announce the addition of Karen Russo as vice president of business development. In her role, Russo will drive the sales efforts and new business development of StaffingLogic in the VMS/MSP marketplace.

Russo is a proven leader with over 25 years of experience in the staffing services, consulting and information technology industries. She has worked at all levels and across a wide variety of platforms over the course of her career, holding senior leadership positions for the past 15 years. Most recently she oversaw new business development and several major accounts for a leading vendor management solution firm, where she developed a cutting edge sales sequence of events and cultivated multiple high-level VMS implementations. Russo has worked with several Fortune 500 companies on their contingent labor strategies and has continually driven double-digit sales growth year-over-year while continually generating upwards of $50 million in revenue.

Russo brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership and forward thinking to the role of vice president of business development for StaffingLogic. She has received numerous awards and recognition for her past achievements and looks to continue that track record in her new position.
