March 6, 2008 (Philadelphia, PA) – The Judge Group, a professional services firm
specializing in Technology Consulting, Enterprise-Wide Staffing and Corporate Training,
announced today that Judge Consulting Group's Vice President of eDiscovery & Global
Compliance, Mr. Fred Diers, presented a key note address at the Tower Software User
Forum (TUF) on February 27 in Phoenix, Arizona.
Mr. Diers is an industry veteran in the field of Records and Information Management
with over thirty-five years of experience. In the key note address titled, "Governances
Rules are not just Retention Schedules Anymore," he discusses the Federal Rules of Civil
Procedures (FRCP) relating to Enterprise Content Management (ECM). The informative address
offered a detailed understanding of the "steps to compliance" by discussing the advantages
of implementing a compliance program, the risks of failing to comply and the methods to
execute a compliance program that fits within the culture of your organization.
Mr. Diers' presentation followed Forrester Research, who presented on Effective Enterprise
Content Management (ECM) Strategy. The presentations complimented each other by
establishing the necessary business rules to drive the right ECM solution. Mr. Diers'
presentation was well received by the attendees as the bridge between an organization's
compliance requirements and an end-user solution to manage electronic information with
minimal intrusiveness in daily information creation and collaboration.
"We are very proud to have an industry expert like Mr. Diers on our Judge Consulting
Group team," stated Gary R. Morris, President of Emerging Services for The Judge Group.
"Fred is an integral component in our growing ECM/eDiscovery and Compliance practice."
With significant changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP), introduced in
December 2006, companies are faced with the challenge of implementing realistic, compliant,
and sustainable records management programs. Judge Consulting Group offers the expertise,
modern methods and technologies to provide organizations with the business rules necessary
to conform to today's regulatory and compliance requirements.
