Each organization's requirements for a Learning Management System (LMS) differ and selecting the right system can be overwhelming and challenging. Berkeley's experienced LMS Consultants will assist you in selecting the system and also the platform that is best for your business. As your LMS partner, Berkeley works with you to identifying your company's learning strategy including understanding your culture, organizational structure, industry, resources, learning programs and other additional factors that should be studied before making the proper LMS recommendation.
- Skill Assessment: The skill assessment area will identify the gaps in skill and knowledge that hinder the performance and overall potential of an employee. - Content Access: The content access area focuses on how learners access the content.
