General Hours are M-F 8-5, but 7-4 flexibility
Acts as an account consultant to provide service desk help, dispatch tickets and review items in the call manager. Tracks orders through multiple systems including Remedy, the, internal systems and provide service to our managed service customer. Coordinates tickets for the customer and provides reporting on the infrastructure as requested.
