Lorena Perry

With more than fifteen years of experience in the talent acquisition industry, Lorena Perry serves as the Director of Judge Canada. She joined Judge in 2021 and has already built a strong, diverse, and inclusive Canadian team with passionate recruiters and driven sales executives. 

Lorena’s love of the staffing industry began in 2002 when she moved from Mexico to Canada and two years later became a professional staffing manager with direct responsibility for recruiting and sales teams. Since then, she has had the opportunity to wear many hats and gain more experience in sales management, talent acquisition, and technology service delivery.

Lorena focuses on building lasting and meaningful relationships with clients and candidates. She considers herself a Career Coach who loves to guide professional growth and hiring needs. A self-proclaimed “people person,” Lorena is incredibly energetic and passionate about helping individuals find meaningful employment by leveraging her professional work experience and network. This passion also extends to her community, where she actively volunteers with Access Employment, Costi, Welcome Centre, JobSkills, JVS Toronto, YWCA Toronto, and many other organizations. Lorena also works with high schools, colleges, and non-profits, helping people find jobs and providing advice on talent acquisition.

Lorena received her bachelor’s degree in marketing and has a master’s degree in organizational development. She has been happily married to her husband Ben for almost 20 years and is the mother of two children – Diego and Isabel. She also has two four-legged family members – Cookie and Slater.
