Mr. Martin E. Judge, Jr. is Chairman of the Board and Founder of The Judge Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries. He founded the company in 1970 and is regarded as a pioneer in the Human Capital Management and Staffing Industry. In 2003, Mr. Judge successfully took The Judge Group private in an effort to reinvest capital into the growth of the company. He serves on the board of governors for The Maxwell Football Club of Pennsylvania. Mr. Judge received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Villanova University.
Mr. Martin E. Judge, III is the Chief Executive Officer of The Judge Group. Mr. Judge joined The Judge Group in 2005 and has worked in a variety of roles over 13+ years, gaining a deep understanding of the company and the professional services industry. He started at Judge as a Technical Recruiter for the IT Staffing division before moving into to the role of Resource Manager of the SAP Practice for the Consulting division. Mr. Judge was promoted to VP, Emerging Markets in 2009, helping to launch Judge China, as well as rebuilding the West Coast operations. In 2014, Mr. Judge became Executive Vice President, Operations overseeing the expanding national and international footprint of The Judge Group as well as enterprise-wide delivery and operations. Throughout this period, he helped establish Judge India as a key strategic component of the company’s global delivery model and built out three national recruiting centers in North Carolina, Florida, and Arizona. Mr. Judge was named the company’s second CEO in January, 2017 and today oversees the organization’s operations and strategic growth initiatives. Mr. Judge received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Delaware.
Ms. Katy A. Wiercinski is Chief Operating Officer for The Judge Group. In her role as Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for all support and administrative functions for The Judge Group and all of its subsidiaries. Ms. Wiercinski has been with the firm since 1981.
Mr. Brian T. Anderson is President of The Judge Group and is responsible for its Technology Consulting, Learning Solutions, and IT & Healthcare Staffing services portfolio. Since joining Judge in 2001, he has led the firm’s growth and expansion into 20+ new domestic markets in addition to Canada, India, and China. During that time, Judge rose to the 12th largest IT staffing firm in the US as ranked by Staffing Industry Analysts, and has consistently been recognized among the top 2% of industry leaders for client and talent satisfaction. Prior to joining Judge, Mr. Anderson was a VP for Real Time Software Systems, an IT e-commerce consultancy in Atlanta, GA. Early in his career, he held roles as an IT Recruiter, Business Development Executive, and Business Systems Analyst for TEKsystems. He has over 20 years of experience leading successful teams and delivering world-class business and technology solutions in the professional services industry. Mr. Anderson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Robert G. Alessandrini has been the Chief Financial Officer of The Judge Group, Inc and subsidiaries since 1999. Prior to joining The Judge Group, he was an international equity analyst at DuPont Capital Management, a $30 billion global investment firm. From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Alessandrini served as a financial analyst at the Vanguard Group of Investment Companies where he was responsible for financial modeling, investment accounting, budgeting, cash management, project management and banking relations. In 1999, he was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute, the global organization for the investment industry. Mr. Alessandrini is also a member of Financial Executives International and the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an MBA in International Finance, both from Villanova University
Mr. Gary R. Morris is President of The Judge Group and its China business unit, Judge China. Mr. Morris has over 29 years of senior-level executive management, sales and operations experience in the services industries. Prior to joining Judge, he was a co-founder of The FedSecure Group, a professional services and executive search firm focused on the Department of Defense and Intelligence industries. FedSecure was purchased by Kelly Services in 2003. Previously, Mr. Morris was Vice President of Sales for Olsten Staffing Services, now Adecco, the world's largest staffing company. He also held senior management positions in the international air express industries with TNT Express Worldwide and Emery Worldwide, which is now UPS. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University. Mr. Morris is the former Chairman of the Technical, IT and Scientific Sector for the American Staffing Association.
Mr. Dennis F. Judge, Jr. is the Executive Vice President of The Judge Group. He joined the firm in December 1996. Today, he oversees a number of emerging markets for the Technical Staffing division in the United States and Canada. He is also responsible for the direction and implementation of the company’s strategic recruiting and expansion initiatives. Since joining the firm, he has launched the company’s Internet Recruiting model and has played a leading role in building a number of successful new business units and offices across the United States and Canada. In 2005, he led the charge alongside The Judge Group's President, North America, to successfully expand and rebuild struggling offices including opening twenty new Technical Staffing offices across the United States and Canada. Mr. Judge received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
Michael Tedesco is Executive Vice President of Sales. He joined The Judge Group in 2003 as a senior account executive and quickly rose to the firm's highest rank in sales, being promoted to director of the Philadelphia Center City office in 2010. Under Mike's leadership, the Philadelphia office rapidly grew to become the second largest operation within The Judge Group. In addition to superior leadership, Mike was instrumental in the development of Judge's national sales training program, and currently co-manages the program, teaching and mentoring new account executives across the organization. He is a 15-year staffing and consulting industry veteran and earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from DeSales University.
Ken Krieger, Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Training & Development, has been with The Judge Group since 1988. Ken has over 20 years of Senior Management experience as an Operations & Strategic Planning innovator and thought leader. Ken, a member of the Society of Information Management (SIM), sits on the Advisory Board of the CIO Institute and NPower Pennsylvania, has served as an officer for the National Technical Services Association (NTSA), and sat on the Advisory Council of three Fortune 500 software companies. A nationally recognized authority on recruiting, training, and technology, Ken has been an honored guest and keynote speaker at a variety of highly visible international business summits, including The Personic Worldwide Users Conference and The American Society for Quality Assurance Conference. Ken received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
Ms. Amy E. Feldman is the General Counsel of The Judge Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Ms. Feldman joined the company in 1998 from Drinker, Biddle, and Reath LLP, where she was a member of the labor group. She produces the informational radio segments each week for KYW Radio in Philadelphia and has appeared numerous times as a legal expert on TV and radio. Ms. Feldman received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and her Masters of Science in Education and Juris Doctor degree at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Harbour is Senior Vice President, MSP Programs for The Judge Group. She has over 20 years of experience in business development, client and account services, recruiting and management. Prior to joining The Judge Group, Ms. Harbour's experience included 11 years with Strategic Staffing Solutions ("S3") as Senior Business Development Executive/Relationship Manager and 10 years with CGI Systems, an IBM Company, as Mid-Atlantic Talent Acquisition Manager and Director of Client and Account Services. She began her career in the technology sector as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Installation Director for Shared Medical Systems, now known as Siemens Medical Solutions. Additionally, Ms. Harbour brings an international dimension to The Judge Group, having spent 10 years in Tokyo, Japan and Taipei, Taiwan. Ms. Harbour graduated with Honors from the University of Delaware, receiving her Bachelor's degree in Business.
Mr. Abhishek Agarwal is SVP of Global Delivery for The Judge Group. He joined the company May 2016 and is responsible for the launch and oversight of Judge India, a key component of Judge’s global delivery strategy. Mr. Agarwal is a 17-year veteran of the IT services industry and has spent a majority of his efforts building delivery centers across the Americas, Europe, India and APAC. He comes to Judge from an International Technology Solutions company where he served as Head of Global Talent Acquisition/Sourcing (IT), building & streamlining their global recruiting functions. He also held global talent acquisition and delivery leadership roles for several other technology solutions, consulting and services companies. Mr. Agarwal earned an MBA from ENPC, Paris, France and a Bachelor of Engineering from Marathawada University, India. He is also an active member of various professional organizations in the US and is well known and respected for speaking roles at industry forums on global recruitment, talent acquisition, operations and workforce planning.
John T. Battaglia is the President and Chief Technology Officer of Judge Consulting Group, and oversees delivery for its project-based application solutions portfolio, while also supporting Judge’s mid-market clients streamline their vendor management and human capital management efforts. John has over 16 years of software industry experience and has completed extensive solutions development work in the areas of commercial software product development and enterprise IT architecture design and planning. John has experience in a range of technical leadership positions prior to joining The Judge Group. Previous roles include work as a technical leader at multiple high profile Healthcare and IT firms including CIGNA and Towers Perrin. John has been credited with development, implementation and delivery of numerous next-generation technical applications and services required to support both the Healthcare and Information Technology industry. John received his Bachelors of Science degree in Management Science and Information Systems from The Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. James D. Miner is President of the Unified Communications division for Judge Technology Solutions, a subsidiary of The Judge Group that specializes in the design, integration and delivery of audio visual technology. Mr. Miner oversees the daily operations of the company and has over 20 years of experience in the audiovisual and entertainment industries. Prior to joining Judge, he was a partner of Audio Video Systems Group, a firm located in Broomall, PA which grew from a small commercial integrator into one of the area’s leading firms. He also spent 15 years in the entertainment business working as a General Manager for artists such as Billy Joel, U2, Foreigner and many others both in America and around the world. Mr. Miner was responsible for all facets of the artists' tours including contract negotiations with promoters, arenas, unions, sound, lighting, video, trucking and busing contractors.
Mr. Peter Pedone is President of Judge Learning Solutions (formerly Berkeley Training), a subsidiary of The Judge Group focused on providing nationwide training solutions. Mr. Pedone has been in the corporate training and development business since 1995. After serving as Corporate Sales Manager from 2000 - 2003, he was promoted to his current role as President in January 2004. Mr. Pedone is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management activities of Judge Learning Solutions. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
Mick Angelichio is the President of The Judge Group’s healthcare division. Mick joined The Judge Group and started the healthcare division in 2004 and is a veteran of the staffing industry with over 30 years’ experience. He has since grown the operation into a full-service national staffing, search and services firm having engagements in almost 50 states with employees working as far away as Hawaii, Puerto Rice and St. Thomas and as remote as Indian reservations in New Mexico. In addition to staffing, executive search and physician recruitment —and backed by their own in-house Registered Nurse team—the healthcare group is providing in-home initial assessments and on-going case management to patients all over the country. As leader of the healthcare team, Angelichio is responsible for cultivating new and existing national accounts, while driving the sales and delivery of Judge Healthcare’s expanding professional services portfolio. Prior to joining The Judge Group, Mick’s career began as a recruiter. After much success in that role, Mick was moved into sales, breaking international accounts including selling and servicing vendor managed programs and eventually holding some of the highest managerial roles with the largest staffing firms in the world. Mick received his bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University.
Mr. Stephen Green serves as President, Direct Placement at The Judge Group. Steve has been in the staffing industry since 1998 when he started with The Judge Group. In addition to operating a full recruiting desk, Mr. Green is responsible for the overall day-to-day management and business development of the West Chester, PA Direct Placement office and training center. In his previous role, Mr. Green was hands-on with nearly all facets of The Judge Group's permanent placement division as Senior Vice President and before that Managing Director of Emerging Markets.
Mr. Patrick Ronen is Senior Vice President, Judge Technology Solutions and Scientific. Mr. Ronen also serves as Managing Director of the New Jersey market and the National Clinical Sciences Practice for Judge Technical Staffing, a subsidiary of The Judge Group. Mr. Ronen has been in the staffing industry since 1985 and started with The Judge Group in 1987. He is responsible for all operational activities throughout the New Jersey marketplace in the area of Technical Staffing for information technology and the Clinical Practice throughout the Domestic United States. He received a Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology from Bloomsburg University in 1984.
Mr. Michael Glinter serves as Senior Vice President, Direct Placement at The Judge Group. Michael helps provide premiere staffing solutions in the industrial manufacturing and consumer packaging industries. He has spent 15 years in the staffing industry working on contingency and retained hiring solutions within the direct placement segment. He began his career with Judge in 1999, and within the first year, became the top producing recruiter in the company. Over the course of his 15 year career, he has set record numbers in sales for both direct placement and retained placement. He specializes in bringing quick solutions to complex staffing problems within the industry. In 2014, Michael turned his focus to extending the Judge Group's reach into the automotive industry. He is a graduate of University of Florida.
