The Direct Placement Recruiter or Full-Desk Recruiter at The Judge Group is responsible for the management of the full life cycle recruitment process from identifying business opportunities to the recruiting and fulfillment of the position. As a direct hire recruiter you will be responsible for the development and growth of a client base through strategic outside sales activity. This includes developing relationships with key hiring managers, negotiating all business terms, and securing partnerships that are mutually beneficial to both the Judge Group and our clients. You are also responsible for the recruiting process of your client's openings which includes conducting job postings, searching/sourcing resumes, presenting candidate to client, and managing the client and candidates through the entire hiring full time placement process.

We are looking for an experienced direct hire sales professional with a proven business development background within th​e permanent staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have previous experience selling and recruiting direct hire staffing solutions to clients on a regional and/or national basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • ​Researching, marketing and effectively presenting our services to new and existing clients
  • Develop new business through cold calling and in-person meetings/presentations with key hiring managers and senior level executives
  • Penetrate new business through telephone calls and participating in networking organizations/events
  • Prepare candidates for client interviews by presenting the candidates with the client's expectations for the position
  • Facilitate the interview process for both client and candidates – walking them through each step from inception to presenting the final offer letter
  • Successfully maintain and expand existing client base
  • Maintain consistent pipeline of existing and prospective business

Requirements: ​​

  • Strong Attitude, Aptitude, Passion and Experience
  • 3+ years selling Permanent Staffing Services with a proven track record of success
  • Strong account penetration / business presentation / effective sales and marketing background
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to develop and grow national and/or mid-market accounts
  • Competitive, energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills
