Anuja is a result-oriented professional with over 23 years of recruitment experience. With a career span of over 23 years diversified majorly into NON-IT & IT domains, she has played a pivotal role in setting up 7 International Delivery locations across APAC & EMEA countries.

Having led large-scale global programs and spearheaded initiatives for location and process set-ups, her areas of expertise include Executive Recruitment, Campus Recruitment & Program Management, Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding, building large-scale recruitment capability, and cost & channel mix optimization for volume hiring.

At Judge India Solutions, her role is instrumental in building the organization’s human capital – aligning structure, building staff, and processes to drive growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.

An alumnus of IIM Lucknow IPMX and Rani Birla Girls College, Anuja is passionate about creating innovative resourcing strategies, implementing regional and global transformation initiatives, and developing high-performing teams! In her personal time, she loves reading, balcony gardening, and watching movies.
