Jill Pearson

Jill Pearson joined Judge Learning Solutions in 2020 as a project manager for the Custom Solutions team. She has over 20 years of experience in Learning & Development, starting her career in teaching and then transitioning to working with companies of all sizes to create robust, engaging, and impactful learning. Jill is currently the Senior Manager of Learning Operations for the Custom Solutions team, providing ongoing oversight on all custom projects. In her role, Jill supports a team of brilliant designers, developers, and project managers to ensure that clients receive high-quality products which create measurable benefits. Jill also works closely with the Judge Learning Solutions sales team to craft creative solutions to client’s learning needs.

Jill is a born and bred “Jersey Girl”, but she’s now living in beautiful Bend, Oregon enjoying the mountains, the rivers, local wine, and spending time with her dog. Jill holds a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD®) certification from the Association for Talent Development, and she recently earned a Master of Science from Boise State University in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning.
