The contract-to-hire format also provides an evaluation period that traditional RPO direct-hire engagements do not. TalentOps is designed for organizations adding 10 or more people at once. Below that threshold, the dedicated team structure may not be the right fit, and a traditional staffing engagement may serve you better. In the Direct Hire format, Judge recruits and places permanent employees on your behalf. A dedicated team sources, vets, and places candidates directly into your organization as permanent employees. Post-hire performance monitoring and attrition tracking continue through the first two months of onboarding — ensuring each hire adjusts to the job and your environment and culture. A transparent fee structure is written into the contract from day one.

Because your Service Delivery Manager is actively monitoring every hire’s performance, engagement, and attrition risk on a weekly basis, issues are identified early. Your SDM will flag concerns, work with you to address them, and where necessary, manage replacement or off-boarding with minimal disruption to your program.

Yes. All TalentOps consultants on the contract-to-hire track are employed as W2 employees of The Judge Group and receive health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and other standard benefits. This improves consultant satisfaction and reduces early attrition during the evaluation period.
