Christopher Flatley leads The Judge Group’s State of Texas DIR partnership and is an award-winning National Account Manager with more than 20 years of workforce solutions experience, including over 10 years with Judge. He leads Judge’s State of Texas DIR Deliverable-Based (DBITS) and IT Staff Augmentation (ITSAC) partnership, helping state agencies, local governments, and educational institutions access top technology talent through compliant IT deliverable based, staff augmentation and workforce solutions.

Christopher specializes in both public & private sector technology strategy, managed capacity, and statement of work-based services. Known for his consultative approach and commitment to client success, he partners with leaders to deliver scalable talent solutions that support mission critical technology initiatives throughout Texas and across the United States.
