Devin Arnold

Devin joined Judge in November of 2021 as the Director of the Austin Branch. He is excited to bring his expertise and servant leadership to grow an office in a booming market like Austin. His previous 7 years were spent in the staffing industry, where he built markets, teams and strategies to diversify outreach to customers. A major initiative since joining Judge is to bolster quality of service to our clients and an exceptional candidate experience. Devin is originally from Dallas, Texas and has lived in Austin since 2015. After studying Sociology and Psychology at Texas Tech University, he wanted to apply that knowledge to grow the nations workforce. Devin still plays basketball twice a week and loves enjoys the outdoors of Austin.
