Jim Bondurant

Jim Bondurant is the Director of Operations at the Judge Group, a position he has held since January 2020. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the Judge sales team and National Recruiting Center. Jim resides in Cave Creek, where he and his wife are newly empty nesters. They have four children aged 35, 25, 22, and 22, as well as a grandson who is 5 years old. In his free time, Jim is an avid cyclist and enjoys traveling with his wife.
