Nina Lotfi

With over 20 years of experience, Nina Lotfi is an innovation and transformational leader with an impressive track record of driving digital transformations, operational excellence and executing complex strategic roadmaps.

Nina has held executive positions at major corporations like Vanguard and DaVita. Her career spans diverse areas, including fostering employee engagement through organizational leadership, coaching, talent development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. She excels at developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps, with a focus on enhancing multichannel client experiences.

Additionally, Nina drives operational resilience and scale by applying LEAN leadership principles to front and back-office operations. Her consistent ability to maintain and grow revenue through superior relationship management and strategic account oversight sets her apart.

As Judge’s Senior Vice President of Transformation, Nina leads transformations by partnering closely with Judge’s executive, division, and senior leaders to drive the execution of the company’s strategic roadmap and annual plan.

Nina holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a Master of Science in Finance from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Louis University. In 2019, she was recognized as one of the best and brightest EMBAs by Poets and Quants. She is a strong advocate for childhood education and equity, serves on the boards of several respected local non-profit organizations, and is an engaged member of her community, exemplifying her commitment to driving positive change. She lives with her husband and two children in Pennsylvania.
