For the most part, we collect and use personal information to effectively provide and improve the Judge Services (such as our Site and related staffing and recruiting services, or workforce management) and to comply with applicable laws and government regulations (such as, to comply with mandatory employment, tax and insurance requirements).

Sharing Your Personal Information within Judge
Judge may disclose your personal information to any affiliate within Judge for use in accordance with this Privacy Statement. This includes our subsidiaries, affiliates and our parent company.

International Data Transfers
As a global company, we may transfer personal information to The Judge Group companies and third parties located in the United States and in other countries that may be outside your country of residence for storage and processing in order to provide the Judge Services. These countries may not necessarily have data protection laws as comprehensive as those in your country or residence. We will however protect your personal information in accordance with this Policy and applicable law wherever it is processed.
The Judge Group is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) with regards to our compliance with the Privacy Shield.
