The skills I look for personalities, one with the passion come to us with now looking for a role certifications wise, board certified with specialty you’re in, whether it’s primary care, home health, long term care facilities will have a role that will fit what you want.

So port certified, there’s ANP or ANCC if you have that on your resume.

It’s usually one of the things we need to know when we bring you to the client.

And then also state licenser, you got to have your state license in order to work in that state.

And also what specialty you’re in, whether it’s family nurse practitioner, adult nurse practitioner, acute care nurse practitioner.

Looking at resumes, the first thing we look at is the job descriptions, where you worked, what you did there, and then also job title is important.

How long you were doing a certain speciality at a position for.

Let us know one or two bullet points, what you were doing within the facility or home as well as what clinical strengths you have.

The specialities just hires for home health, primary care, skilled nursing facilities, long term care facilities.
