Year after year, what continues to stand out to me is the professionalism, resilience, and compassion nurses bring to their work. No matter how much healthcare evolves, nurses remain at the center of it all.

To every nurse reading this, thank you. Thank you for the work you do and the care you provide. Nursing is not just a job. It’s a calling that demands patience and strength, often in moments when patients and families need it most.
