The Philadelphia Business Journal has recognized The Judge Group as the fifth largest family-owned business in the greater Philadelphia area. The list includes 86 family-owned businesses in the region.  

Martin E. Judge, Jr. founded The Judge Group in 1970 to help organizations find qualified engineering and management professionals. Judge quickly grew from a permanent placement company into a $750 million professional services firm with resources across North America and the Asia Pacific region. Today, Martin E. Judge, Jr.’s son, Martin Judge, III leads the company as CEO.
