As Division Director at The Judge Group, Nancy leads the Creative, Marketing, and Gaming division, overseeing a national team of specialized recruiting experts. Her team is known for matching top-tier talent with innovative companies, delivering quality, speed, and insight in equal measure.

Before joining Judge in 2022, Nancy spent decades refining her approach to talent connection and culture building, earning a reputation for bringing humanity to hiring and creativity to recruitment. She’s the person who reminds leaders that the right people don’t just fill roles, they fuel growth.

A proud Penn State grad, Nancy lives in West Chester, PA, with her two sons. Outside of work, she’s a competitive cornhole player (yes, really, two leagues strong), and when she’s not tossing bags, you’ll find her golfing, kayaking, hiking, cooking, or laughing with friends and family.
