Our client is currently seeking a TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST 
 

MUST HAVE:

1.) ITIL experience 2 + years

2.) Windows server experience 1+ year

3.) Help desk experience -2 + years

4.) Strong communications


NICE TO HAVE

1.) SQL

2.) Excel skills

3.) office 365 experience

 

Summary:

Level 2 helpdesk support

Excellent communication skills required

Working on Internet tracking tools, service desk tools, troubleshooting, supporting individual users (200 users). Laptop, desktop and mobile deployment.

Should be a team-player, self-starter and a person with basic etiquettes.

Experience in working with midsize or a large size company.

Should take up initiative to improve the process.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Dealing with management and executives

70% would be desktop support and 30% mobile support.
