Our client is currently seeking a HR Generalist.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • Support analysis and administration of compensation programs including salary planning, variable pay administration and payout, reward programs, etc. 
  • Provide support in review and execution of compensation projects and initiatives, as well as annual salary planning/annual corporate bonus program 
  • Review compensation programs for effectiveness and efficiencies; ensure programs comply with legal requirements and are cost effective 
  • Analyze and advise on the design of variable pay programs including short-term and long-term incentives, sales incentive and spot bonuses 
Qualifications & Requirements:
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of compensation experience required (design and administration)
  • Compensation (CCP) and/or Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) certification preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially MS Excel, is required. 
  • Must possess a solid working knowledge of HRIS applications, preferably Oracle
