Job Summary:
Duties:
This role sits on the operations team in Sharp HealthCare's Digital Marketing department and will work on projects that are central to the organization's roadmap for digital consumer products. 

This position will work closely with the Digital Information Architect who is responsible for driving product and marketing web initiatives from requirements definition to go-live, for Sharp.com, mobile and other digital initiatives. 

This position will include creating and maintaining Sharp.com site architecture, forming strong working partnerships across the business and within the Digital Marketing and Web Development teams to create and launch initiatives/projects on scope and on schedule. Researches the conceptual design of new product features or site enhancements. 

 Works with templates and content management system to determine optimal site architecture direction. Produces site maps, navigation schemes, wireframes and prototypes that work with current site functionality. 

 Works with the development team to assess any technical challenges associated with displaying content. 

 Works on multiple projects at once while consulting with the digital operations manager to determine and properly communicate priorities to the team. Assists usability and customer feedback sessions to properly represent voice of the customer in website enhancements. Communicates with web designers for usability and functional design direction. 

Skills:
Minimum of 3 years years experience creating IA assets such as: wireframes, sitemaps, prototypes, workflows, etc. 
Must possess a highly technical and/or creative level of knowledge with respect to interactive design and development. Prior experience working with Content Management Systems. 
Experience working with a variety of business stakeholders to effectively communicate project needs and timelines. 
Expertise with wireframing and interactive prototyping software required. 

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in UX design, human factors in information design, marketing, communications or similar area of study
