Dominique Demarco

Dominique joined the Judge Group in November 2020 as a recruiter associate. Once Dominique completed the program and became a recruiter, she was promoted to Recruiting Lead and is now a Recruiting Manager of the United Health Group team in Healthcare. Dominique’s team consists of 8 talented recruiters who are dedicated to the United Health Group account on both the clinical and non-clinical sides. The team works closely with account relationship managers and strives to cover the jobs released by the account each week.

Dominique is from Lower Gwynedd, PA. She has a younger brother and sister, Antonio, and Giovanna. She graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. Her favorite past times include spending time with friends and family at the Jersey Shore and walking her dogs, Penelope, and Brodie.
