Eric Gnagey

Eric Gnagey joined The Judge Group in 2025 as a Vice President, Senior Solution Strategist, where he focuses on partnering with companies to solve complex challenges, achieve team goals, and improve operational efficiency. With over 20 years of experience on the client-side building and managing teams, initiatives, and transformational efforts, Eric brings a practical understanding of client pain points, proven strategies that work, and lessons learned to help others succeed in future endeavors. 

He currently resides in Westerville, Ohio, where he has been married for 10 years to his wife Kate and enjoys life with two stepchildren Cameron and Grace and three mini golden doodles Quincy, Cora, and Chesney. 

In his free time, Eric loves traveling to explore new destinations, golfing, and cooking/BBQ/ and Smoking a variety of foods to entertain friends and family. 

Eric earned his Computer Information Systems degree from DeVry University.
