A Message from Judge CEO Martin E. Judge, III
We’re family at The Judge Group. Family made us and sustains us. Family for us is more than blood; it’s everyone we engage every day. When one of us hurts, all of us hurt. And members of our family are hurting now, in particular as a result of the injustices faced by the Black community. We don’t profess to have all the answers but we are committed to finding them and being a part of the solution.
Please know, that as we look deeper and develop ways to make our company and communities stronger, we are committed to:
- Diversity and inclusion in our hiring practices and our recommendations of job candidates for our clients.
- Making our people and organization better through training and learning sessions that help us all overcome overt and more subtle acts of racism and discrimination.
- Better listening to, understanding of and supporting the needs of our family members from the Black community.
- Partnering with minority-owned organizations and suppliers to strengthen both our and our clients’ businesses.
