Conclusion: The War for Talent: An Infographic Overview (2022)
It doesn’t look like the war for talent will end anytime soon. To stay competitive, companies must work with their hiring managers and recruiters to develop a deeper understanding of what employees really want. In 2022, pay increases won’t guarantee an employee will accept a job offer or stay with a company. Instead, companies will need to take a deeper look at generational priorities; including physical, emotional, career, and financial-well being. Newly hired employees expect better onboarding processes, more flexibility, better communication, more feedback, and established mentorship programs.
