0:27 needs. You help them with getting their

0:30 work done and some students need

0:32 assistance with more personal needs.

0:40 transparent and communicative. I’ve

0:42 worked with different staffing companies

0:44 and what really stands out with the

0:45 Judge Group is the communication, the

0:49 compassion and understanding towards a

0:52 mother and ease of taking days off if

0:56 needed for my children. follow up with

0:58 just a personal touch of care and ask,

1:00 you know, follow up with, “Are you okay?

1:02 How are you?” Things like that. My

1:04 recruiter was very nice. She was super

1:06 responsive. All the responses were very

1:09 quick if I had a question regarding my

1:11 day or my staff or how I would log my

1:13 time sheets. And everything that I’d

1:16 ever had a problem with was always

1:17 resolved. Another thing that I

1:18 appreciate is if one of my students that

1:21 I cover is sick that I can find an

1:24 immediate alternate temporary placement

1:26 with The Judge Group so that I can still

1:28 get my hours. The nice thing about

1:30 working with The Judge Group is that I’m

1:32 in school for occupational therapy.

1:34 Following my graduation, I’ll be able to

1:36 seamlessly transition into a position

1:39 with Judge working as an occupational
