Abhishek Yash Yash

Abhishek has 22+ years of experience with 18 years in leadership roles in global organizations, including Amazon. He joined Judge India Solutions in June 2022. In his role as Associate Executive Director- Staffing Delivery, he leads and manages all aspects of staffing delivery, governance, compliance, and financial (P&L) health. He also strategizes and aligns service delivery for customers – what the needs are, how those are met, and how they could be better met.

Besides engaging and mentoring service delivery leaders, he oversees client-dedicated teams and ensures Judge India Solutions meets service delivery commitments.

Born and raised in the holy city – Prayagraj, he graduated from Boys High School and Allahabad University with a Bachelor’s in Commerce. Shortly after college, he moved to Delhi and completed his MBA from Amity Business School. He loves playing cricket, lawn tennis, reading, and spending quality time with his wife.
