Arti is a PMP, MBA offering 25 years of Information Technology industry experience in working with leading organizations (Accenture, NTT Data) across IT, Retail, E-Commerce – B2B, & B2C, Defence, Healthcare, Publishing, Logistics, and Manufacturing Industries. She is responsible for working in liaison with BU Heads, Global Process Owners & IT Teams to align Business Roadmap with IT Strategy; facilitating As-Is to To-Be /Gap Analysis, process flow design, documentation (BRDs) & requirement traceability matrix, and developing a solution framework for industry-specific projects to drive process automation and continuous improvement.

She joined Judge India Solutions in 2021 and has been involved in resource planning, allocation, and utilization across IT Delivery functions in India, ensuring adherence to the Sales and Delivery process, driving Internal and external feedback – stakeholders and clients, dashboards and analytics, assisted in critical decision-making. She is also responsible for leading Quality Assurance (QA) and Software Engineering Process Groups (SEPG) and driving periodic internal and external audits for ISO 27001:2013, 20000:2018, 9001.

She lives in NCR, Delhi India with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling.
