Reshmi Dey

Reshmi Dey is the Director of Human Resources at Judge India Solutions. She joined in 2019 to drive, direct, plan, and deploy the policies and activities related to employment practices to achieve organizational goals.

With 19 years of experience in the Human Resources domain, she is passionate about building an inclusive workplace that depicts our organizational core values and culture. Her core expertise lies in– Employee Relations, HR Strategy, HR Generalist, Performance Management, Learning and Leadership Development, and Talent Acquisition.

Before joining Judge India Solutions, she was associated with Genpact for 15 years in a similar capacity. She is a senior professional with extensive experience in diverse areas, including contact centre, customer service, BFSI, Healthcare, CGRLS, IT, and US Staffing. She holds a post-graduate degree from the Delhi School of Economics, India. She loves to spend time with her daughter and sketch when she is not in the office.
