Sales Director

A Sales Director at Judge is responsible for leading a sales and recruiting team in the generation, development, and account management of new business within the respective market. The Sales Director is responsible for hiring, developing, and mentoring the local sales & recruiting staff, forecasting and managing a P&L, and marketing and selling all of Judge's applicable services, while developing Judge as a leader in the marketplace. The qualified individual will target mid-market and Fortune 1000 clients and perform research in order to break and develop new clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Competitive, energetic, and motivated business development executive with at least 5-7 years of sales experience in the technology staffing business
  • Proven relationships in the marketplace and book of business
  • The ability to build your own sales desk – lead by example
  • Marketing and developing company brand recognition through direct selling, networking, advertising, etc.

Direct Placement Recruiter

A Direct Placement Recruiter at The Judge Group is responsible for the management of the full life cycle recruitment process, from identifying business opportunities to the recruiting and fulfillment of the position. As a direct placement recruiter you will be responsible for the development and growth of a client base through strategic outside sales activity. This includes developing relationships with key hiring managers, negotiating all business terms, and securing partnerships that are mutually beneficial to both the Judge Group and our clients. You are also responsible for the recruiting process of your client's openings, which includes conducting job postings, searching / sourcing resumes, presenting candidate to client, and managing the client and candidates through the entire hiring, full-time placement process.

Recruiters are the backbone of our industry and a direct connection between our candidates and our clients. As such we are always looking for the top talent to join the Judge team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Leverage your experience to source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools, our ATS and social media platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc.
  • Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources
