This job will have the following responsibilities:
Manage the day to day activities such as actively monitoring the shared email box, reviewing and processing incoming requests
Assist with the development and management preferred meeting and event supplier relationships.
Assist with the development, communication and education on the Meetings & Events Policy and Procedures.
Provide best in class customer services support to all traveler/arrangers. Assist and produce regular reporting for the team and business partners
Intranet site maintenance
Interface with at times with internal clients, stakeholders and suppliers as a subject matter expert in the Strategic Meetings Management space to ensure tasks are complete and on schedule
Assist with the development, implementation and ongoing management of reporting including but not limited to category spend, savings achieved, costs avoided and policy compliance.
Plan occasional Finance business meetings, teambuilding events, service projects or social activities.
Entering event actuals and providing follow-up notifications to requestors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years of enterprise level experience or equivalent in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
Experience working collaboratively with individuals and groups from a wide variety of backgrounds and organization levels, to incorporate their ideas, adapt to their needs, and to form consensus in appropriate situations
