With a successful track record spanning over 16 years of working with various ITES organizations, she has vast expertise in process and soft-skills training, people development, learning interventions, and continuous improvement.

She also possesses hands-on experience in managing clients and customers across various geographies like USA, Canada, and India. She has demonstrated expertise in establishing training models in the start-up environment and training future trainers. One of her many professional feats is training over 5000+ employees in her training journey so far.
